A Wednesday morning favourite! Kim likes to blend Yin & QiGong (sometimes Hatha, Taoist or Somatic) forms of Yoga for this class. Unite body, heart & mind between moments of movement, and moments of deep stillness. Energy, movement, stillness & rest.
