Breathe & Flow is designed to bring harmony to body & mind. Suitable for both chair & floor yoga participants.
Each class will include approx. 25 mins of breath "evolutions" (breathing coupled with movement exercises) based on the works of Max Strom. The breathwork will be followed by approx 30 mins of gentle, flowing movements (QiGong, Tao, Hatha) before we wind down with deep relaxation work. These practices will be doable from chair or floor, making the practice accessible to most.
